Base Salary
$150k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship technical growth mechanisms including acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, referral and viral loops, activation triggers, and monetization experiments.
- Own and optimize acquisition budgets and channels.
- Define tracking specifications and analytics events for attribution, pixels, A/B testing, and cohort analysis in partnership with engineering.
- Rapidly prototype and test growth hypotheses across new AI products.
- Build business cases covering market sizing, expansion opportunities, and go-to-market strategy.
- Translate experiments, data, and technical growth mechanics into clear recommendations for executives, clients, brand partners, and other stakeholders.
- Secure senior stakeholder buy-in and move growth initiatives from strategy through execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university; an MBA is a plus but not required.
- Strong hands-on coding ability using Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with growth and analytics tooling such as Looker, GA/Firebase, attribution platforms, and experimentation platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience in growth engineering, performance marketing, technical product or growth, go-to-market, or monetization roles.
- Experience owning a budget or P&L is preferred within the relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, including the ability to explain complex growth concepts to senior executives and clients and secure buy-in.
- Founder’s mindset, builder’s mentality, strong problem-solving skills, and end-to-end initiative ownership.
- Passion for innovative technologies and artificial intelligence is a bonus.
- Founder, CEO, or general-management experience is a bonus.
- Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams and presenting to clients, brand partners, or external stakeholders is a bonus.
- International or multi-market growth and expansion strategy experience is a bonus.
Benefits
- Full-time position with a US annual base salary range of $150,000-$210,000.
- May be eligible for a discretionary bonus and stock options depending on the position.
