Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise AI and Agentic AI architecture vision, standards, and technology roadmap.
- Lead architecture decisions for strategic AI initiatives and ensure scalable, secure, and consistent solutions.
- Design and evolve enterprise AI platforms and multi-agent systems using LLM, RAG, and agent-orchestration practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive AI innovation initiatives.
- Define cloud and platform strategies for AI workloads, including automation, infrastructure modernization, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure AI workload performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Establish Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, governance, and risk-management standards.
- Serve as the senior technical authority and guide engineers and architects on solution design and technology choices.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical leaders while supporting hiring and technical transformation.
- Partner with senior leaders and advise stakeholders on AI strategy, technology investments, and opportunities.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Typically 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
- Expert-level Python development experience and strong software design skills.
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems, including event-driven architectures and reliability engineering.
- Proven delivery of production AI and Agentic AI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to influence architecture and technical direction across multiple teams.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical transformation initiatives.
- Proven expertise in LLM applications, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, and optimization practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and strong Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD expertise.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced cloud, architecture, or AI technology certifications are advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
