Base Salary
$170k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain mission-critical application workloads on virtualized or containerized environments.
- Develop and sustain automated CI/CD pipelines and monitoring workflows.
- Provision and maintain developer environments and toolchains.
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce developer friction.
- Establish and maintain customer trust through technical expertise.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Issued Top Secret security clearance.
- Certification meeting DoD 8140 (e.g., Security+, or higher).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or operations.
- Experience blending software engineering and systems administration practices.
- Experience designing and managing monitoring and observability solutions.
- Experience leading incident response and continuous improvement activities.
- Experience with Ansible and Desired State Configuration.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD automation and Bash scripting.
- Experience supporting container-native storage and object storage solutions.
- Experience with enterprise load-balancing solutions.
- Ability to contribute immediately in a mission-critical environment.
