Responsibilities
- Work directly with the sales team from initial discovery to deal closure.
- Oversee initial discovery meetings and provide platform demos.
- Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions.
- Act as a technical expert throughout sales engagements.
- Partner with field engineering teams for effective customer experiences.
- Address customer needs through strong verbal and written communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Participate in regional marketing events and conferences.
- Enable sales and channel training for customers.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve customer lifecycle effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
- 3+ years in customer-facing or support roles.
- Significant pre-sales or value-based technical selling expertise.
- Experience presenting to various audience levels, including C-Suite.
- Proven track record of managing complex initiatives successfully.
- Broad knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in endpoint security, IT operations management, or regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
