Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and related platforms.
- Build Salesforce-native solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Process Automation, and Platform Events.
- Develop scalable, reusable, governed Salesforce assets and lead architectural and coding best practices.
- Use Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation, and AI-driven insights.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using Salesforce APIs, platform events, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Lead code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical governance within Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the Salesforce team.
- Support version control, CI/CD, and release management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, AI-driven Salesforce features, complex integrations, and enterprise CRM implementations.
- Experience with request-response, event-driven, and batch integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for external services and integrations.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
- Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft or similar.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, performance optimization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- B.E. or B.Tech degree.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications; AWS certifications; multi-cloud Salesforce implementations; Einstein and Data Cloud use cases; large-scale data migrations; data governance; customer 360 implementations; and industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
