Base Salary
$168k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Formulate complex driving tasks as reinforcement learning problems.
- Design and train model-based deep RL agents using GPU-accelerated simulation.
- Build and maintain distributed training infrastructure in JAX.
- Develop optimization systems for automatic code improvement and RL policy iteration.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience training RL agents at scale, preferably in robotics or autonomous driving.
- Proficiency in JAX or a similar functional ML framework.
- Deep understanding of core RL concepts such as policy gradients and reward shaping.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in building experiment pipelines and analyzing metrics.
