Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Automate and execute application integration, system, network integration, acceptance, performance, and other software testing.
- Set up and maintain testbeds as the testbed owner.
- Document defects, support problem resolution, and report progress to management.
- Provide post-production support to internal technical operations and service management customers.
- Conduct workflow analysis, internal process audits, and quality improvement activities.
- Implement approved procedural improvements and report on their success.
- Make recommendations for quality and process improvements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of testing or other development experience.
- Proven expertise with software testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent English-language and communication skills.
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Unix/Linux.
- Experience with formal software development lifecycles and knowledge of CMM/CMMI processes.
- Experience with automated testing and performance testing.
- Programming skills in Shell, Python, Perl, or Java are preferred.
- Experience with networking and TCP/IP is preferred.
- Knowledge of databases, especially Oracle Database, is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and cloud-based testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets and project management experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical capability, customer-service awareness, teamwork, and willingness to learn are desired.
