Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases, automated scripts, and regression suites for web, API, and backend services.
- Support defect triage, test environment readiness, and quality activities across release cycles.
- Review and validate AI-generated code and outputs, including prompt testing and non-deterministic behavior.
- Use scripting and CI/CD skills to support test automation pipelines.
- Monitor quality metrics and test coverage, identify automation workflow failures, and escalate unexpected AI behavior.
- Contribute quality perspectives to Agile ceremonies and sprint definition of ready and definition of done.
Requirements
- Understand software testing fundamentals, including test cases, equivalence classes, and defect lifecycles.
- Have working knowledge of at least one of Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Have familiarity with one or more of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Webdriver IO, Jmeter, or Loadrunner.
- Be familiar with Git and understand how test automation pipelines fit into Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Understand Agile ceremonies and the role of quality within a sprint.
- Be able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and recognize when behavior is unexpected.
- Be eligible for SC clearance.
