Responsibilities
- Design and architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Define model requirements and experiment with neural-network architectures, configurations, and training techniques.
- Train models on large datasets and optimize their performance.
- Analyze model outputs and performance to guide further development.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine model architecture.
- Document findings, present results to stakeholders, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert and actively participate in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural-network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training models on large datasets and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
