Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build the next generation of the Clear Street Active trading platform.
- Develop high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications for active traders.
- Integrate real-time market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team on large-scale, high-impact initiatives.
- Prioritize end-user experience through API design, functionality, and performance.
- Contribute to tooling, developer experience, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience implementing web applications.
- At least 3 years of experience working with modern web technologies, with demonstrated success at a Senior or higher Engineer level.
- Expertise building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, Tanstack, and Tailwind.
- Strong command of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Commitment to collaborative, team-first work and high-quality engineering.
- Passion for creating a best-in-class developer experience.
