Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8-10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in designing and delivering complex user-facing products.
- Technical expertise in modern frontend and backend development.
- A product-focused approach to building robust and scalable solutions.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally building products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment and establish engineering standards.
