Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules, including Accruals and Timekeeper.
- Configure Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, data views, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and manual or automated testing on the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Use Dell Boomi for integration-related activities.
- Build custom reports using SQL and, where applicable, the BIRT tool.
- Mentor junior team members and complete assigned tasks with limited direction.
- Work collaboratively and independently in a problem-solving environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is required, with 2+ years of Pro WFM experience also stated.
- UKG Pro and Kronos experience with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler are required.
- Experience with Dell Boomi is required; WIM experience alone is insufficient.
- Knowledge of Business Structure Setup, Labor Category Setup, Tiles Setup, and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM is required.
- Practical experience with Dell Boomi is required.
- SQL reporting and Boomi certification are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Data Views Setup, BIRT custom reporting, and CRT tables and integrations is advantageous.
- Candidates must be prepared to work shifts.
- 15 years of full-time education is listed as the educational qualification.
