Responsibilities

  • Complete the three-year Graduate Development Programme.
  • Design and develop engineering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work on new and existing products across assigned programmes.
  • Participate in discipline-specific learning and core training pathways.
  • Develop engineering skills, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Build a professional network across the organisation.
  • Potentially rotate across business units or complete an external secondment in Year 3.

Requirements

  • Be at the start of a professional career with limited relevant professional experience.
  • Have completed or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject.
  • Relevant subjects include Computer Science, Computing, Computing and Data Science, and Software Engineering; other applicable technical or related degrees may be considered.
  • Have permanent right to work in the UK.
  • Successfully complete and maintain BPSS screening and UK Government Security Clearance before starting employment.
  • Typically have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years to be eligible for SC clearance.
  • Be a British citizen from birth and hold no other nationality to meet the UK Eyes Only programme restrictions.
