Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and orchestrations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Build Oracle HCM Fast Formulas and integration components supporting Core HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.
- Design mappings, transformations, connections, error handling, and integrations with applications, vendors, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Use Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines for CI/CD and deployment automation.
- Create technical documentation and ensure solutions meet security, privacy, data protection, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an associate degree in those fields plus two additional years of relevant experience.
- At least one year of software engineering experience with a minimum of internships, or two years of experience coding applications or services in a high-level language.
- Experience with software engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience with modern application development frameworks and Agile software development techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, time-management, technical aptitude, and workload-management skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Platforms and Oracle Integration Cloud; Oracle HCM Fast Formulas are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader, Oracle HCM Extracts, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, Oracle File-Based Data Import, Oracle Web Services, and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
- Preferred experience with Google and Azure cloud environments, databases, analytics, big data, business intelligence, distributed systems, healthcare software, and complex database queries.
- Additional preferred skills include Oracle Application Integration Professional Certification, Oracle Cloud Certification, ServiceNow, Splunk, Cleo Harmony, and Google Apigee.
- Authorization to work and remain in the United States without current or future Mayo Clinic sponsorship is required.
