Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects that improve the messaging experience.
- Mentor and support the career growth of individual contributors.
- Write and review technical designs for foundational technical problems.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners on long-term solutions.
- Build knowledge of leading-edge practices and trends.
- Drive key technical deliverables for the Communications organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant engineering hands-on work experience.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- Exceptional architecture abilities for large, high-scale applications.
- Experience shipping large scale projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
