Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems supporting live broadcast content automation.
- Build scalable full-stack solutions using server-side and front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, production, operations, and creative teams.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical strategy.
- Balance development speed with maintainability and quality through iterative practices.
- Provide mentorship, technical insight, and code reviews for less-experienced engineers.
- Research and share tools and techniques that improve team efficiency.
- Provide 24/7/365 support for live production environments and travel globally as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and managing MySQL databases or working in a technical/software development role.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented software design.
- Proficiency in C#, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and full-stack development.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and JSON data.
- Experience building and deploying solutions of significant scope and complexity.
- Ability to collaborate across technology, engineering, operations, production, and creative teams.
- Ability to learn new technologies, work independently, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and provide live-production support.
- Experience with external data feeds and providers, plus a passion for sports and live-event production.
- Preferred: Visual Studio, VB.NET, WPF, SQL, back-end and cloud technologies, MVVM, VizRT, Ross XPression, AI frameworks, and live studio production workflows.

- Hiring range of $117,500–$157,500, with potential bonus and/or long-term incentive units in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits.
- Global travel, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
