Responsibilities
- Engage with customers under coaching, shadow customer stakeholder interactions, and research customer context to build product expertise.
- Consume readiness materials, expand domain knowledge, connect with customers, and promote internal team readiness.
- Build awareness of product strategy and competitive strategy needs based on customer feedback.
- Develop foundational knowledge of reference architectures and assist with demonstrations of Microsoft products.
- Support Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects during the on-the-job training phase.
- Complete mentorship, coaching, technical skilling, and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Must be a Qatari national.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Qatar through citizenship, a valid visa, or a work permit.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Preferred qualifications include passion for technology, customer focus, strong verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills, business acumen for consultative solution selling, negotiation ability, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
