Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers deploying and scaling Braintrust.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for customer-hosted infrastructure.
  • Help debug customer issues across various layers, coordinating with product and engineering.
  • Own proactive health checks and reliability best practices for self-hosted deployments.
  • Design and document end-to-end customer evaluation pipelines using Braintrust SDKs and APIs.
  • Build technical artifacts to accelerate onboarding and support for customers.
  • Consult on architectural decisions related to LLM evaluation and prompt versioning.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
  • Partner with sales and support for seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and implementation guides.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in AI technology.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
  • Fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort debugging code and APIs.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps infrastructure and cloud architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
