Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers deploying and scaling Braintrust.
- Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for customer-hosted infrastructure.
- Help debug customer issues across various layers, coordinating with product and engineering.
- Own proactive health checks and reliability best practices for self-hosted deployments.
- Design and document end-to-end customer evaluation pipelines using Braintrust SDKs and APIs.
- Build technical artifacts to accelerate onboarding and support for customers.
- Consult on architectural decisions related to LLM evaluation and prompt versioning.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
- Partner with sales and support for seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Contribute to internal documentation and implementation guides.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI technology.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- Fluency in Python or TypeScript and comfort debugging code and APIs.
- Strong grasp of DevOps infrastructure and cloud architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
