Responsibilities
- Design, scope, and govern healthcare solutions combining Ascom product lines and third-party products.
- Translate customer business scenarios, site analyses, and process requirements into solution architectures and functional designs.
- Provide technical specifications for custom development and systems integration requirements.
- Create solution-oriented documentation and define implementation methodologies and configuration standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems while implementing solutions that reduce future issues.
- Guide Sales, Product Management, Segment Experts, Development, Professional Services, Customer Care, implementation, and deployment teams throughout the product and solution lifecycle.
- Coordinate customer-facing consulting and collaborate with deployment teams to ensure successful, referenceable delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience involving system integration deployments in the relevant domain.
- Experience with medical software installation and configuration.
- Strong customer-facing consulting skills and fluent English.
- Experience with medical device connectivity and design tooling.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Experience with the full Microsoft stack.
- Experience with microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with SQL and relational database systems; MSSQL is required and PostgreSQL is a plus.
