Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop frontend interfaces for sophisticated, data-intensive defense workflows
- Participate throughout the product lifecycle, from idea generation, design, and prototyping through execution and shipping
- Talk with users to understand needs, identify product gaps, and improve workflows
- Own APIs and schemas that power frontend code and collaborate with backend engineers to develop them
- Build high-scale collaborative geospatial workflows, cross-application workflow frameworks, and real-time collaborative data-analysis tools
- Solve complex technical and UX problems while finding incremental paths to ship maintainable software
Requirements
- At least 2 years of frontend software engineering experience
- Strong frontend coding skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of web technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent understanding of algorithms, performance, and systems design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain a U.S. security clearance
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates, learn continuously, work independently, and adapt to evolving objectives
