Responsibilities
- Design and build high-scale backend systems for Order Management and Order Allocation.
- Develop agent-based workflows that allow merchants to customize order processing, routing, and fulfillment.
- Solve complex problems involving distributed systems, platform architecture, and AI-driven orchestration.
- Shape technical solutions for ambiguous problems and provide clear technical input and pushback.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and leadership levels.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with distributed systems.
- Experience working in high-scale, mission-critical environments.
- Ability to work through ambiguous problems and help shape solutions.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience with AWS, messaging systems, and .NET/C# is a strong plus.
- Experience or interest in AI and agent-based systems is highly valued.
