Base Salary
$115k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom integrations, and CRM solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI components.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues for end users.
- Conduct or oversee unit testing and deploy solutions according to best practices and security standards.
- Manage data migration and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Integrate CRM with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Translate business needs into software development requirements and collaborate with business analysts, project managers, management, IT QA, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, an associated discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and data modeling.
- Ability to build advanced data visualizations using Power BI and SSRS.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and QA testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, end users, technical teams, and management and provide customer support.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, multitasking, self-motivation, and basic business aptitude.
