Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to understand business challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory guidance, and solutions applicable across teams and business areas.
- Participate in team decisions and contribute to sprint planning and execution in an agile environment.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- Strong software design and development experience using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple systems.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep subject-matter expertise, influencing ability, and advisory skills.
