Responsibilities
- Deliver AI and ML-enabled applications using deployed classical ML, NLP, protein language, and large language models.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, model training and deployment pipelines, experiment tracking, model registries, and monitoring capabilities.
- Build scalable, productionized MLOps solutions on cloud platforms.
- Apply AI and MLOps practices including infrastructure as code, monitoring, traceability, reproducibility, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, scientists, researchers, and domain experts to transition experimental work into enterprise production solutions.
- Develop training content and knowledge articles on model lifecycle management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Programming experience with Python, version control, and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and Databricks.
- Hands-on experience training and serving AI/ML models.
- Preferred experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production.
- Preferred experience with Databricks, AWS, or Azure and with MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, presentation, ownership, and leadership skills.
