Responsibilities
- Align and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle, including building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize applications on DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations connecting application code with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in a DevOps environment.
- Provide support for DevOps tools, resolve tickets within defined turnaround times, and troubleshoot critical or recurring issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis, follow escalation procedures, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience in DevOps.
- Experience with DevOps pipeline automation, integration and deployment processes, infrastructure management, scripting, troubleshooting, and customer support is required by the responsibilities.
