Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, system architecture, and development of scalable distributed microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Establish React best practices for state management, reusable components, and frontend performance.
- Architect and deploy production-grade Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent networks, and intelligent orchestrations.
- Engineer LLM memory management, custom tool calling, and multi-agent system optimization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards.
- Design database schemas, optimize distributed queries, and collaborate with DevOps on containerized deployments.
- Champion Agile engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5.5–7.5 years of professional experience.
- Production-proven expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and React.
- Strong practical experience engineering complex Agentic AI workflows, including LLM memory management, custom tool calling, and multi-agent optimization.
- Education qualification of MCA, B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes is required by the stated responsibilities.
