Base Salary
$217k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical ownership and direction for Identity Infrastructure.
- Set architectural standards for identity systems.
- Guide the evolution of the identity graph and matching systems.
- Lead a team through complex problem spaces while remaining hands-on.
- Design and operate large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building backend systems in production.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role, driving architecture and mentoring engineers.
- Prior experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with data engineering platforms such as Spark or Flink.
- Preferred experience with identity-related systems and ads-related spaces.
