Base Salary
$138k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale automation frameworks and workflows across Mozilla’s workplace technology ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end engineering of lifecycle workflows using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Build and maintain reusable libraries and connectors for AI-enabled productivity.
- Implement observability for workflows, defining metrics and building dashboards.
- Partner with Security and Privacy teams to ensure compliance in automation flows.
- Evaluate and deploy new tools and AI platforms, measuring user impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for building systems.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver secure and efficient internal tools.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of software engineering or automation experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong skills in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
- Deep experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and building automation layers.
- Familiarity with IAM/SSO and lifecycle automation.
- Proven ability to design for reliability, security, and scalability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction and mentor others.
- Experience or willingness to work with GenAI/LLM modalities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
