Responsibilities
- Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact areas for AI or automation.
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes.
- Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using modern AI development platforms.
- Design and connect AI systems using APIs and internal data sources.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Create documentation and best practices for AI solution adoption.
- Lead enablement sessions and workshops to grow AI fluency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI solutions or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with Claude or other leading LLM platforms.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs and internal systems.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts.
