Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software verification and validation test strategies and plans.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, performance, and operational testing.
- Maintain requirements-to-test traceability and lead defect management and verification.
- Coordinate CIT and GAT support and UFL/UAT and user-validation events.
- Coordinate testing with development, integration, cyber, infrastructure, and government stakeholders.
- Assess software release readiness.
Requirements
- BA/BS in an engineering discipline, or four additional years of experience in lieu of the degree.
- At least 8 years of software testing or QA experience.
- Demonstrated test leadership and experience developing test plans and strategies.
- Agile software-testing, requirements/test traceability, and defect-management experience.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for the required Secret clearance.
- Preferred qualifications include DoD CIT/GAT experience, automated testing, mission-critical or classified systems experience, and JPES/JCRM/JOPES experience.
