Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI agents in Copilot Studio, including orchestration, instructions, knowledge, tools, multi-agent patterns, channels, and human handoff.
- Select and implement appropriate Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and Microsoft Foundry.
- Build enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, and messaging services.
- Develop permission-aware knowledge retrieval using content preparation, indexing, Azure AI Search, grounding, and evaluation.
- Implement Azure identity, networking, secrets management, monitoring, and cost controls.
- Set up delivery pipelines, source control, Power Platform solutions and environments, automated tests, and rollback processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Measure and improve solution speed, accuracy, and operating cost using evidence.
- Apply data loss prevention, environment strategy, access controls, and responsible AI governance.
- Develop client solution options, architecture views, estimates, assumptions, and risks; contribute to proposals and demos.
- Review developers’ work, coach team members, and explain technical trade-offs to client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of software delivery experience, including at least four years on the Microsoft stack.
- At least 18 months of hands-on Copilot Studio experience with generative orchestration and at least one production agent with real users.
- Strong Power Platform experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, custom connectors, solutions, and environments.
- Practical Azure experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, virtual networks, and private endpoints.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-response evaluation.
- Experience with REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and integrations with at least two enterprise systems.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Power Platform application lifecycle management, and automated deployment across environments.
- Solutioning experience covering architecture diagrams, non-functional requirements, estimates, and actionable written recommendations.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, Model Context Protocol servers, Bicep, Terraform, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams app development, Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow, UiPath, LangGraph, multilingual or voice agents, and Microsoft certifications.
