Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
- Leverage AI insights to identify emerging on-road issue trends and risk scenarios.
- Serve as the link between AI/ML development and operational execution.
- Design and implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for technical policies in new markets.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows and quality.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
- Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations in European metropolitan areas.
- Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
- Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and utilize proprietary tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a diverse environment.
