Base Salary

$174k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients on platform integration and optimization.
  • Understand clients' business objectives to provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with business development teams for pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.
  • Lead technical implementation projects, including setup and customization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on best practices and new features.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and product innovation based on client feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and the AdTech ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in cloud, software, or machine learning domains.
  • 5+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Customer Solutions Engineer in the retail or AdTech industry.
  • 3+ years of hands-on implementation or architecture design experience.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Experience in a technical role within the AdTech industry, preferably with ad serving platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in autonomously identifying and delivering goals.
