Base Salary
$174k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients on platform integration and optimization.
- Understand clients' business objectives to provide tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business development teams for pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.
- Lead technical implementation projects, including setup and customization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on best practices and new features.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and product innovation based on client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry developments and the AdTech ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in cloud, software, or machine learning domains.
- 5+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Customer Solutions Engineer in the retail or AdTech industry.
- 3+ years of hands-on implementation or architecture design experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Experience in a technical role within the AdTech industry, preferably with ad serving platforms.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in autonomously identifying and delivering goals.
