Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business, security, integration, and operational requirements.
- Lead development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and DealCloud.
- Build proof-of-concepts and technical prototypes for Salesforce capabilities, Agentforce use cases, AI-driven solutions, and integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Drive solution architecture, system integrations, data modeling, application performance optimization, automated testing, and deployment automation.
- Apply Salesforce best practices and favor declarative capabilities before custom development where appropriate.
- Support onboarding and oversight of vendor-provided applications, including security and operational evidence requirements.
- Coordinate a portfolio of applications and manage incident triage, maintenance, releases, enhancement intake, risks, dependencies, and remediation.
- Communicate application status, impact, and next steps to business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and Salesforce security architecture.
- Experience implementing or integrating Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, and DealCloud.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and deliver complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Experience developing POCs, evaluating emerging Salesforce features, and making architecture recommendations.
- Working knowledge of application behavior across environments, servers and processes, system logs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and technical translation skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, Financial Services Cloud, or AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred.
- Financial services, banking, or capital markets experience and experience with Informatica or similar middleware are preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-driven Salesforce solutions, conversational agents, and intelligent automation is preferred.
