Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate real-time observability, incident detection, autonomous response, and customer recovery capabilities for the Network Control Center.
- Own features and subsystems end to end from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Integrate machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and closed-loop learning workflows.
- Solve distributed systems problems involving real-time event processing, low-latency decision making, and fault-tolerant service design.
- Participate in on-call rotations, build operational dashboards and runbooks, and improve system reliability.
- Contribute to technical designs, code reviews, and engineering practices while mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management preferred.
Benefits
- The base salary range is $143,700.00–$194,400.00 USD annually, with sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
