Responsibilities
- Lead and support QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality.
- Apply automation-first and engineering-led testing practices to support digital delivery.
- Explore and implement AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
- Provide technical guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align automation deliverables with project priorities and timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery, or change management.
- Experience in AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery/testing is required.
- Experience in mobile automation is required, including iOS and/or Android testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with web automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with mobile automation testing using tools such as Appium.
- Good programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Understanding of test automation strategy, the testing lifecycle, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
