Responsibilities

Develop scalable AI and automation solutions using enterprise platforms to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Build reusable components, enhance automation frameworks and accelerator libraries, and create functional and technical solution designs.
Perform testing, support deployments, provide production support, and improve solution reliability and performance.
Analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop proofs of concept and AI tools.
Resolve incidents, support root cause analysis, validate AI-generated outputs, and embed AI capabilities into automation solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with business teams, technology teams, architects, and product teams.
Manage assigned projects, participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, share reusable assets, and escalate risks early.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
2–4 years of experience in automation, AI, or software engineering is required.
Experience in enterprise automation or Center of Excellence environments is preferred.
Knowledge of process mining, workflow optimization, or BPM tools is preferred.
Exposure to Azure, AWS, and cloud-based services is required.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, generative AI platforms, automation tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development is required.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and workflow orchestration is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
