Base Salary
$97k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms and applications.
- Create proof-of-concept implementations, prototypes, and demos and refine them into practical systems.
- Conduct experiments and evaluations to quantify and validate improvements.
- Collaborate with embedded systems, backend server, and computer vision engineers to optimize algorithms.
- Participate in code reviews and create automated software tests.
- Troubleshoot software issues and document algorithms.
- Communicate results and provide presentations to technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer vision or machine learning.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Foundation in computer vision, with expertise in at least two areas including object detection, tracking and recognition, multiple-view geometry, 3D computer vision, SfM/SLAM, or activity recognition.
- Experience with Python, Matlab, C, or C++.
- Experience with OpenCV and Point Cloud Library.
- Experience with Linux, Windows, and ROS platforms.
- Ability to learn new concepts, adapt patterns to innovative custom solutions, take initiative, and report results.
- Good prepared and on-demand presentation skills.
