Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
- Learn and apply Canonical business processes
- Coach, mentor, and provide career-development feedback depending on seniority
- Develop and promote strong engineering and organizational practices
- Work with operations, engineering, and business teams to implement processes and maintain compliant systems
Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Result-oriented approach and personal drive to meet commitments
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks
- Performance engineering and security experience is preferred
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles is preferred
