Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms.
- Design security- and privacy-sensitive solutions, including replacing popular libraries or tooling when necessary.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
- Build and deploy highly performant client-side or server-side RAG and agentic applications.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping substantial full-stack code with Python and React.
- Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the full stack.
- Experience working in both large enterprises and startups.
- Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.
- Ability to understand and fix issues outside the primary codebase.
- Experience building and deploying extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications to millions of users.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or other project showcases is a plus; an eye for design and creative mindset are bonuses.
