Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Embedded Linux distributions.
- Configure Linux distributions using Yocto Project and kas.
- Integrate Linux into embedded systems and products, including operating-system, hardware, and application-software integration.
- Develop or modify software components and scripts primarily in Bash, Python, and C/C++.
- Contribute to testing and validation of embedded systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams in an international and multicultural environment.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Linux and its ecosystem, with an interest in open source.
- Experience developing Embedded Linux systems and performing integration and testing activities.
- Advanced knowledge of Yocto Project and kas.
- Good knowledge of C/C++.
- Good knowledge of Python and Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with configuring, building, and maintaining Embedded Linux distributions.
- A degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
- Knowledge of LAVA and embedded test-automation tools or frameworks is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
