Responsibilities
- Develop rich, responsive, and scalable user interfaces across multiple devices using frontend technologies.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend components and provide scalable solutions to customer technical questions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, customers, and engineering teams to deliver user experiences.
- Review peer code and maintain a repository of high-quality, reusable frontend code.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, and project updates to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Advanced experience building responsive and scalable web applications with React.
- Proven experience with AJAX, XML, JSON, and best-practice design patterns.
- Familiarity with UX principles and site performance optimization.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with automated testing and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical discussion skills.
- Commerce and CMS platform integration experience is a plus.
