Responsibilities
- Design agentic architectures covering planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build agent backends and user interfaces with Python, Django, React, and AWS.
- Integrate RAG, function and tool calling, and enterprise APIs into agent workflows.
- Define evaluation, tracing, safety guardrails, and cost and latency controls for AI agents.
- Work with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, and MCP.
- Mentor engineers and establish agent-development patterns across teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership.
- Strong Python, Django, React, and AWS experience.
- Hands-on AI experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic or multi-agent systems.
- Strong distributed systems, asynchronous and event-driven design, and API skills.
- Experience evaluating and monitoring non-deterministic AI systems in production.
- Preferred: AWS Bedrock Agents, fine-tuning, Docker, Kubernetes, and published or open-source work in agentic AI.
