Responsibilities
- Design and industrialize Agentic AI solutions with intelligent agents that reason, orchestrate tools, use business data, and automate complex processes.
- Architect and integrate GenAI solutions based on LLMs, RAG, Function Calling, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Lead technical decisions and projects end to end, from needs analysis and estimation through deployment.
- Develop performant full-stack applications with modern web interfaces and robust backend/API services.
- Promote best practices in AI, architecture, security, industrialization, quality, and performance.
- Monitor developments in Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in computer science or equivalent, with at least five years of confirmed experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong command of React, Node.js, Angular, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Function Calling, Tool Calling, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Solid experience designing intelligent agents, integrating LLMs, and implementing enterprise-scale RAG solutions.
- Ability to support teams, promote architecture, security, and industrialization best practices, and ensure project success.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills with both business and technical stakeholders, plus fluent professional English.
