Responsibilities
- Implement and provide technical consulting on AI and contact center technologies.

- Mentor and lead project teams while fostering collaboration.
- Translate technical concepts into business terms for client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience, with 1+ years in digital channels or AI applications preferred.
- Proven expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and contact center operations.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and NLU techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset and interpersonal skills.
