Base Salary

$140k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end implementation and execution of high-stakes customer engagements and projects.
  • Determine customer requirements and how best to apply the Voice AI Agent solution.
  • Implement and build new features with customers and integrate them into the core engineering product.

Requirements

  • Relevant college and post-college work experience in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript as a strong hands-on coder.
  • Ability to extract customer requirements, run discovery, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers.
  • Customer-facing polish, strong technical documentation, and effective cross-team communication.
  • Ownership mindset and comfort working through evolving objectives and repeated customer iterations.
  • Ability to work four days per week from the San Francisco office, with relocation considered.
