Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation of customer engagements and projects.
- Determine customer requirements for applying Voice AI Agent solutions.
- Implement and build new features with customers in the core engineering product.
Requirements
- Relevant college and post-college work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to extract requirements and run discovery.
- Ownership mindset treating deployments as mission-critical projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, or Javascript.
- Excellence in technical documentation and cross-team communication.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical customers.
