Responsibilities

Support and guide the development of Map Viewer, ArcGIS Arcade, and data management workflows in ArcGIS Enterprise.
Collaborate cross-platform with Product Engineers and Software Developers to resolve issues.
Create and execute manual test plans for new and existing software capabilities.
Work with feature team to prioritize backlog of issues, including triaging customer-reported bugs.
Communicate functionality through software documentation and workflow videos for both internal and external audiences.
Assist in the creation and monitoring of automated tests.

1+ years of experience with ArcGIS software, preferably ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online and/or various ArcGIS applications.
A self-motivated team player with an interest in continuous learning and building software products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
