Base Salary
$85k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, enhance, install, and support application systems and programs.
- Use scripting tools and interpret code to identify and define system enhancements.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security issues and perform testing and debugging.
- Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions with limited supervision.
- Advise senior stakeholders and coach new or lower-level analysts.
- Assess and manage technology, compliance, operational, and control risks.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an applications development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
Benefits

- Salary range of $84,580.00–$118,020.00 per year.
