Responsibilities
- Own and deepen relationships with strategic product and enterprise partners.
- Assess partner architectures, APIs, and integration points to identify opportunities and validate feasibility.
- Prototype and spike integrations independently to shape requirements and accelerate decisions.
- Scope and, where appropriate, ship production-ready integrations.
- Develop business cases demonstrating long-term value for partners, Lovable, and end customers.
- Feed technical and market insights into the product organization and lead cross-functional workshops for alignment and go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or as a technical founder/CTO in high-velocity environments.
- Fluency in modern frontend development with React and TypeScript and/or backend development with Golang and Rust.
- Track record of structuring and executing technically deep, product-centric partnerships.
- Ability to read technical documentation, understand cloud architectures, and independently assess integration feasibility.
- Strong enterprise and commercial instincts, including senior-stakeholder relationship management, negotiation, and complex deals.
- High agency and bias for action, with a preference for prototyping before full specifications are available.
