Responsibilities
- Develop and execute machine learning projects for ad conversion modeling.
- Coach and mentor engineers on the conversion modeling team.
- Design features and build large-scale machine learning models for user ads action prediction.
- Develop techniques for inferring user interests from online activity.
- Mine various user signals to understand user intention.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to design new ad products.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building large-scale machine learning models, especially in ranking and recommender systems.
- Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of statistical methods.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Background in computational advertising is preferred but not required.
